How has AMES helped?

"Majoring in AMES at Duke University has helped me to become more knowledgeable about cultural differences and current events that affect society as a whole. Studying AMES has also taught me the skills to discuss cultural and ethical issues, which will serve me well in my future career as a physician. The knowledge and experiences that majoring in AMES has given me has broadened my worldview and will continue to make me a more culturally sensitive, empathetic, and capable physician."
