Heyu Yang

Heyu Yang graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Peking University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature. Her research interests broadly touch on modern and contemporary Chinese films, literatures and digital cultures, and she is currently focusing on the entanglement between Chinese animations and digital nationalism. Meanwhile, Heyu is also a passionate writer who loves to produce fan fiction and modern Chinese poems.
