Includes a multi-genre examination of textual representation from graphic novels to memoir, travelogues, fiction and poetry. Critical engagement with modernism/postmodernism, colonialism/post-colonialism, identity/subjectivity, gender/sexuality, national traditions, world literature, and/or global textual production.
