Yinlong Qian

Before joining the CAH program at Duke University, Yinlong Qian (Ch. ) earned his BA in English from Renmin University of China and MA in Chinese Studies from SOAS, University of London. His academic interest centers on Sinophone digital games. His research project at SOAS explored the rise of Chinese realist games at the turn of the twenty-first century. His other interests include Sinophone literature and cinemas, media studies, and critical theory. Though trained in the humanities, he learns video game development in his spare time, and hopes to make his own video game someday.
